Why don't you offer signed books?
Due to Courtney living in Australia, and her books being published in the United States, various delays can occur when shipping signed books. Due to this, at this time we are only offering signed autographs to cut down on shipping delays and costs.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We attempt to ship all orders out within 3-5 business days of receiving them.
Can I edit the shipping address on my order?
If you would like to edit the shipping address, please contact us right away. We aim to ship out orders within 3-5 days, oftentimes it is much sooner. If the package has left our care you can attempt to update the shipping address directly with your selected courier service. However, please keep in mind that this will depend on the status of your shipment.
I ordered something but haven’t received it, what do I do?
Just write to our friendly support at karna@pepperbooks.org and we will find out what happened and help you get your order as soon as possible.
What is your refund policy?
If you receive an item and it is defective or faulty, please contact us immediately at byron@pepperbooks.org and we’ll be happy to either replace or refund the item.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once you have received the item.
Who should I contact if I have questions about my order?
Any questions or concerns regarding your order should be directed to karna@pepperbooks.org. Please include your order number in the subject line.
I want hire Courtney to do something not listed on your website (eg speak at a wedding, perform a poem), how do I contact her?
Please write to byron@pepperbooks.org and a member of the team will be in touch. We cannot promise Courtney will be able to fulfill the request, but we can certainly take it into consideration.
